11:00am         Goodie Bag Collection. Race Briefing (12:00, 2:00pm

                        to 4:00pm       3:00pm)       

Event Day, Sunday (24th August 2014)

5:45am             Race Kit late collection

6:05 am            Warm up/Race briefing

6:40am             DJ to coordinate

                        Arrival of Mr Peter Chan & (VIP)

7:15 am           Photo Session with VIP Guests.

                        Souvenir Presentation to 

                       Mr Peter Cha (CEO of The Haven.) &

                       KC Tan, Sri Ampang Bike Shop.

7:30 am         VIPs to flag off the race.

7:37am         First group of Duathletes arrive from Running to

                     Bike Transition. (T1)

8:27am         First group of Duathletes arrive from Cycling to

                     Bike Transition. (T2)

9:00am        Welcome Overall Champion at the Finish.

9:30am        Distribution of Refreshment at the Finish .

10:00am     Souvenirs to Sponsors.

                   

10:20pm          Prize Presentation to Winners

10:45am          Lucky Draws (by Sponsors)

11:00am          Race Closes.
